How much do you charge for shipping?
Flat fee of $7.99 shipping for all our orders
delivered in the continental United States. The majority of
our orders are shipped via U.P.S. Most in-stock items will
arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days after receipt of
your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your
order depends on when you place your credit card order. Orders
placed before 4:00pm East Coast Time or 1:00pm West Coast
Time will be shipped out that same day! All orders are shipped
UPS Ground to the Continental U.S. will take 4-6 business
days to reach its destination.

What is your return policy?
Return
Policy:
Our return policy is simple and customer
friendly. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and
concern. We accept returns as long as the purchase was made
within the last 30 days, and the wear tag has not been removed
from the item. All returns must arrive in their original packaging
and in the original condition for a full refund. Items returned
not in their original package will not be accepted.
Undergarments:
If you are dissatisfied with the products
you have ordered (example: product does
not fit), we will exchange the purchased products for
a different size or style or issue you a store credit to be
used toward your next purchase. If an exchange or store credit
is not available, we will issue you a refund for the products
you purchased (shipping charges are not refundable.)
Return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged
and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and
with all labels and tags attached so that it is received in
our office within 30 days of the invoice date.
We recommend that you insure the package
and keep the receipt just to be sure that it gets to us in
the condition you sent it your request to the appropriate
service specialist.
Please contact us to coordinate the
return shipment of the product as
an authorization number is required. We require
shipping insurance on all products returned to us. Please
note, shipping fees and the cost associated with return of
the product to us, are non-refundable
We will issue a credit to the original
credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if
applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit
to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned
item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt
and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued.
