Policy
General
Items:
Our return policy is simple and customer
friendly. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and
concern. We accept returns as long as the purchased
item or items are returned and received in our office within
10 days from date of delivery, and the wear
tag has not been removed from the item. All returns must arrive
in their original packaging and in the original condition
for a full refund. Items returned not in their original package
will not be accepted.
Undergarments:
If you are dissatisfied with the products
you have ordered (example: product does
not fit), we will exchange the purchased products for
a different size or style or issue you a store credit to be
used toward your next purchase. If an exchange or store credit
is not available, we will issue you a refund for the products
you purchased (shipping charges are not refundable).
Return the item to us in new condition - unworn,
undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging
and with all labels and tags attached so that it is received
in our office within 10 days from date of delivery.
We recommend that you insure the package and keep the receipt just to be sure that we have received the merchandise in good condition. Fit Rite Fashions will either credited your account or provided you with an exchange upon receipt of merchandise.
Restocking Fees:
Should you return any items for a refund, you will be charged a Restocking Fee of 25% of the original cost of the item(s) you purchased.
Fit Rite Fashions has instituted these policies to keep our
shipping and handling costs as low as possible and past the
savings on to our customers. We ask all customers to check
the size charts carefully and order their correct size to
avoid being charged any additional shipping fees (see the
size chart below or call us toll free at 1-866-223-1818).
Authorization

Please contact us to coordinate the
return shipment of the product
an authorization number is required. To get an authorization
number email us at returns@fitritefashions.com
(we do not provide authorization numbers on the telephone).
We require shipping insurance on all products returned to
us. Please note, shipping fees and the cost associated with
return of the product to us, are non-refundable.
We will issue a credit to the original
credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if
applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit
to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned
item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt
and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued.
